Pasta!

One of the Orca class favorite field trips so far this year has been our trip to the fresh pasta store on the Island. Pino and his helpers were very welcoming and took a lot of time showing us how the different shapes of pasta are made.

There were long noodles of different widths.

There were curly noodles called campanelli that are Seth's favorite shape.

Pino taught us how to count in Italian, and sent us home with some fresh pasta to sahre with our families. Yum!
