Registration

 

If you have visited the school, heard about our amazing community from Teacher Ellen, and are ready to register your kid(s) you have come to the right place!

Class space is filled on a first come, first served basis. You'll find links below to the registration form. After we receive your form and payment, you will receive a letter and/or email confirming your space in the class or notifying you of waitlist status.

Families with current students and/or with multiple children will be given priority in registration and on our class waitlists.

 
 

 

Registration For 2019-2020 School Year

Priority registration will be given to our currently enrolled families beginning in February 2019. Open registration will begin in March 2019.

Pending receipt of fees from newly registered families. You may fill out the registration form to get on our wait list (do not pay fees in this case). Families with a registered sibling and/or multiple children will get wait list priority.

Please Note:   

  • Registration Fee for a second child in the same family is $20.

  • The registration fee is non-refundable and the equipment fee is fully refundable until September 1, 2019. Tuition and equipment fees are listed above.

  • In August you will receive an invoice for your first (September, 2019) and last (June 2019) month's tuition and Olympic College fees (see below) which is payable by September 10, 2019.

  • In addition to the monthly portion of the annual tuition, there is also a monthly portion of the Olympic College registration fee for the monthly parent education courses, granting 2 credits per quarter completed. In 2017-18 it was $9.60 per month.

  • Scholarships are available and we encourage all interested families to consider applying. Please email treasurer@islandcoop.org for details. Your information will be kept confidential.
